In my review of Resort Bliss, I said the next book has to be Milo and Nora, so when I saw it was them, I dropped my current read to get right to this one. The whole Lakeview Harbor series has been amazing, but Resort Crush became my favorite so far.
Milo has been an interesting character throughout all the books. He keeps to himself. He is nerdy. He is a fish out of water in a place like this. Him being at a resort like this has always interested me. Nora was a newcomer in the last book, but Samantha Chase gave you just enough mystery behind her to intrigue you.
Nora was such a good character. A woman in a man’s world, learning all of her struggles was heartbreaking. Seeing how she overcame it all was inspirational. She has been the strongest character so far.
Early on, Milo and Nora fought their feelings, but it was easy to see they wouldn’t be able to fight them for long.
Each of these books works as a standalone, but if you take the series as a whole, you will get a lot more out of it. I recommend starting from the beginning.
